Our founding team’s collective experience ranges from digitizing wall street and building highly performant sub-second algorithmic trading platforms to creating data driven predictive marketing solutions - we are led by developers, product managers, and architects. This engineering and outcome based foundation has uniquely positioned us to rapidly add value across project needs. Over the years, we’ve delivered a wide breadth of projects with unique challenges and technology needs. This has enabled us to develop project best practices and to expand our engagement models from professional staffing through to project delivery and extended delivery teams.

Below is a high-level timeline of Midwood’s evolution:

  • April 2011 – Company was established with a focus on IT Services around enterprise integration and SOA
  • March 2012 – Built loyalty marketing platform and booking engine for 25M user platform for a Fortune 100
  • Jun 2013 – Continued services with a focus on loyalty marketing and data analytics across industries
  • Dec 2013 – Key technology assumed by client. Company branched into what is now Midwood Software
  • Dec 2014 – Refocused on delivering data driven applications with an emphasis on BI, predictive data analytics, and marketing application integrations
